These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products on this website. Please ensure that you read this carefully before purchasing goods. You must refrain from purchasing products using this website if you do not understand or accept these terms and conditions, These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of this website, including the Privacy and Security, Returns Refund and Cancellation sections.

Our website is intended and directed to residents of Australia only and all advertising and claims contained in the Site are valid only in Australia.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products provided to us by our suppliers appear on our website as accurate. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on our website are exact, completely reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to at any time, and without notice to you, discontinue any of the products or services currently available on our website.

ORDERING / ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When placing an order, you must provide your name, postal address, phone number, email address and any other ordering information requested and as specified on our website, including payment details. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address. Should you not receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 business days, please contact: sales@rightfloors.com.au.

Our most important task is to try to ensure your absolute satisfaction of the goods provided to you and purchased from this website. However, acceptance of your order will be subject to Right Floors Pty Ltd conditions of supply and may not be fulfilled if: You have ordered an item that is out of stock; Your method of payment is fraudulent or unauthorised, or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we have acknowledged your order and are unable to fulfil the supply, we will contact you by email or telephone advising of this within 3 working days.

DELIVERY / COLLECTION & ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS (SHIPPING POLICIES)

Goods purchased using the Right Floors Pty Ltd online store can be arranged to be delivered directly to your home or job site, depending on the size, via courier or truck using a tail lift / gate. Alternatively, goods can be collected directly from our Brisbane warehouse. Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted within 1-2 Working days to coordinate delivery (or collection) of your goods, and your flooring product/s will be dispatched within 3 Working days from confirmation of your order. Right Floors Pty Ltd make every effort practical to ensure that shipment timeframes given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability and information provided to us by our suppliers is accurate, and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Right Floors Pty Ltd liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver product within the estimated time frame.

Should you collect goods for your placed order from our designated pick-up point, it is imperative that you check your goods upon collection to ensure that your order is complete, and the quantity of items collected are correct and match your tax invoice. Risk of loss, short-receipt, or damage to the goods will be passed on to you once you take receipt of goods. Please ensure that you adhere to safe lifting / safe loading procedures. When goods are delivered to you, it will be your responsibility to inspect the goods once received. We will only accept the return of products if they have been damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. Unless there is a genuine claim for faulty product, we will not accept any rejection of these goods once you have taken receipt. Note that this does not affect your statutory rights. PRICING & TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be effected by any of the methods specified in the payment section of our website. Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Subject to your rights as governed by Australian law, we accept the return of products if the products were damaged or have a major fault at the time of delivery to you. If this is the case, we will either replace the product, or at your discretion, credit your account with a full refund. Full Order Returns are only applicable for items that are not custom made, and therefore excludes sale of all blinds. In the case of any factory defects, we will replace all, or part of, the faulty product ordered on Right Floors’ website and received by you.  To qualify for a refund, your product order must:

  • Be in the same condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site
  • Not be used, installed, or marked in any way
  • Every piece you have received on the date of delivery must be returned in its original packaging. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged, we will arrange a pick-up of the product after you have completed and submitted a return / claim request form.

NOTE: Please order carefully.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. There will be no returns due to colour variances, shading or tracking. With exception of a major fault, strictly NO REFUNDS on blinds

ALL returns MUST be done within 14 days of date of delivery. Please note that we will not give refunds or replacements after the 14-day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that while we will do our best to process as quickly as possible, it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We pride ourselves in being extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF OUR PARTIAL ORDER RETURN POLICY:

If you would like us to arrange a partial order return pick up, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

All Partial Order Returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging for any refund to be applicable. All Partial Order Returns must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of partial order items.

CANCELLATIONS:

You may not return or cancel your products or order because you change your mind.

STOCK AVAILABILITY     

Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. If we are unable to supply goods – either due to unavailability, change in colour, or change in price, you will be notified, and your order will be cancelled. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase that is no longer available, we will immediately issue a refund to your account for the amount in question without deduction.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk.

PRIVACY POLICY / SECURITY

We undertake to comply with the terms of our Privacy and Security Policy in relation to the collection and use of your personal information. We will not sell, spam or pass on personal data acquired through this website. We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service

CHANGES OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of the website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. It is not permitted to use our name or logos or trademark on any website of yours or that of any other person, or in any communications, printed or electronic.
