Delivery Information

Right Floors Pty Ltd.’s delivery is to mainland Australia & Tasmania only. Our $99 shipping offer applies to selected South East Queensland postcodes. Contact sales@rightfloors for the full list of eligible postcodes.



If you require your products to be shipped our sales team will contact you to discuss the options available and costs, once you have placed an order. There is no charge applied until shipping costs have been agreed and added. We will always endeavour to find the lowest shipping price that meets our minimum standards of product care.


Delivery Timeframe

Depending on your delivery location, the timeframe for delivery will vary, and you will receive dispatch information and confirmation of expected delivery date after order placement. Average delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch. If you still have not received your order after this time frame, please contact us. While we will strive to meet our confirmed estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within the precise time frames specified.


The Processing Status

Once your order has been placed, there are a few processes we need to follow prior to dispatch from the factory; this can vary based on what product you order, and the processing status may include the following steps:

- Reviewing your order

- Ordering of materials

- Manufacture or assemble product (blinds)

- Quality Assurance

- Packaging for dispatch

If you have any questions or have concerns regarding the time taken for your order, please contact us by replying to your order email (so we have all your details) and we can contact the factory to request an estimated dispatch time. Note: some of our products are sourced from overseas and can have a longer processing time. Please contact us for an estimation of processing times.

For all Postcodes that fall outside of these boundaries, a quote will be provided separately.


Delivery Charges

Samples: $10.00 refundable if a subsequent order is placed. This refund is capped at $30, and can only be used when ordering products which a sample has already been purchased.  Right Floors has the right to refuse this discount subject to a customers order history.

Blinds: $40.00 (incl. GST) per order

For other products:  

Delivery to Australian selected South East Queensland postcodes is a flat rate of $99.00 (incl GST), regardless of the volume. Outside these selected postcodes will incur standard shipping charges. We will always strive to find the best shipping deal possible. 




Once Samples have been ordered, a confirmation will be issued and the Sample/s will be dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of payment for your order.  This will usually take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located.

Product Delivery Method:

We engage the use of several courier companies, dependent on your location. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification notifying you of the courier company and consignment note number. Right Floors will deliver the products ordered to the billing address unless you have chosen the ‘Ship to a different address’ option and filled in a shipping address. For heavy and palletised goods, these will be unloaded and delivered to the front of your property.
Note: We are unable to deliver goods to a PO Box.
Split dispatch: If the products ordered are from several suppliers it may be necessary to send your items in more than one delivery. Each time product is dispatched, a notification will be emailed to you advising you of the details so that you have the status of your order. Certain products are marked as “Special Order” and are delivered separately. These products may be delivered directly from our suppliers.
The delivery time frame is approximate depending on supplier’s stock availability.
Leave if Unattended: if you choose this option then the items will be left at the delivery address as per the instructions provided by you at the time of placing the order. Please note however, should you choose this option, Right Floors cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
